Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Cheryl’s Crochet are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If insurance is not purchased for your order, then you will be responsible for the loss.

Product Descriptions

Cheryl’s Crochet.com attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Cheryl’s Crochet is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Return Policy

If you're returning a package because it arrived damaged, or because you received the wrong item, you will not be charged a return-shipping fee. All other returns are charged a return-shipping fee, which is deducted from your refund total. Please read item descriptions carefully and ask questions if you are unsure. Purchases will not be refunded unless they are damaged.

Method of Shipping

All Items are shipped using Canada Post are sent Airmail, unless otherwise requested. The shipping prices reflect this method.
